Following up on our conversation at the warehouse back in August, I wanted to provide some clarity on who to contact moving forward. As part of our transition, Jennifer is stepping back, so you can remove [email protected] form those communications and here's who you should direct emails to:

• Inventory Questions: Please direct emails to Abigail at [email protected]. You can CC other team members as needed, but Abigail will be the main point of contact.
• Order Issues or Customer Questions: Reach out directly to Debbie at [email protected].
• Tech or System Details: Aaron is your go-to at [email protected].
• Billing: For billing questions, please contact Aaron ([email protected]) for operational matters, or Julie at [email protected].

Feel free to CC other team members if you think it's helpful, but these contacts will ensure you're reaching the right person directly for each area and hopefully help add a little clarity as well.
