When Will My Online Order Ship?

Once an order leaves our home office, it becomes the property of USPS or UPS, depending on which shipping option is chosen. As USPS or UPS takes possession of your package, they have their own delivery timelines, and unfortunately, we have no control over their timelines.

Typically for receiving packages from USPS within the 48 contiguous United States, USPS Ground Advantage is between 2-5 business days, and USPS Priority Mail is between 1-3 business days, however, those timelines ARE NOT GUARANTEED and could get delayed based on weather, lack of workers, hub interference, etc. Any order over 1 ounce is provided with a tracking number from USPS where you have access to check your tracking history.
