Product Guarantee/Damages Policy

We guarantee our current products to be free from manufacturing defects including damaged, defective, missing, and/or broken pieces for a period of only 90 days after the shipping date (excluding Kiwi Club Kits). 

Kiwi Club Kits (Prepaid Paper Crafting OR Premier and Prepaid Template-Only OR Standard Template-Only Kiwi Club Kits), because they are limited monthly products, are only guaranteed for only 30 days against manufacturing defects including damaged, defective, missing, and/or broken pieces. 

Missing items, incorrect shipments, and defective or damaged merchandise must be a current product in the shop and be reported with pictures sent to [email protected] within the timeframe stated above from the shipping date to obtain a free replacement. Free Replacements are only applicable to the customer who placed the original order within the timeframe stated above.  This guarantee does not cover merchandise lost or damaged through accident or misuse by the customer.
