To Report Issues:
- Missing Items, Incorrect Shipments, or Defective Merchandise: Contact our customer support team within 90 days of the shipping date to explore your replacement options. This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Additional Details:
- 30-Day Guarantee: If any part of your order is missing or arrives damaged, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
- After 30 Days: For claims made after 30 days, we offer store credit for up to 90 days, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.
- Lost Items: We do not replace individual lost items, but you may purchase a replacement set at a discount within 90 days of your original order date.
Kiwi Lane reserves the right to substitute merchandise of similar quality and value for items that are discontinued or out of stock.
