Create-A-Club Members FAQ

The choice is yours with Create-A-Club. When you belong to Create-A-Club, you get to pick and choose the products you want each month. Create-A-Club members receive $15 product credit monthly to spend in the shop however they want and 10% off their online orders. These points are good for 4 months. 

(This level of membership is no longer open for new sign-ups and only applies to current Create-a-Club members) 

What is Create-a-Club Product Credit?

A $15 product credit is issued to Create-a-Club member's account each month as a store coupon that they can apply to their order. 

When does my Create-a-Club credit expire? 

Create-a-Club member's Store Credit is valid for 4 months after it was issued.

Where do I find my Create-a-Club Credit Balance?

You can view your store credit balance by logging into your online account and, under the Account Tab, clicking on Product Credit. You can view a list of your store credits and their expiration date. 

How do I apply my Create-a-Club credit? 

Redeem your store credit during checkout. You will see your store credit coupons during checkout so that you can easily apply them to your order total. If your purchase is more than $15, pay the remaining difference with your credit/debit card. If your purchase is less than $15, the balance will remain in your account until the expiration date. (Excludes shipping and taxes.)
