Savings Program FAQs

  • How does the Savings Program work?
    • When an Advocate sends a unique Referral Coupon to someone they know who has never placed an online order at kiwilane.com, that person (the Referral) can use the coupon to receive a 20% discount on their very first online order. Once the Advocate’s Referral uses the coupon to complete their first order, the Advocate receives a Referral Reward of 20% of the subtotal of the completed order in the form of product points.  The Advocate can then use the product points to save cash on their next order.  There is no limit to how much product credit an Advocate can earn by introducing new people to Kiwi Lane.
  • Who is an Advocate?
    • A qualified online customer who desires to share their Kiwi Lane passion with other Creators by utilizing the Savings Program and, in turn, getting rewarded in the process.
  • What are the eligibility requirements for an Advocate?
    • An Advocate is eligible to participate in the Kiwi Lane Savings Program when they meet the following eligibility requirements:
      • Must be at least 18 years old.
      • Must be a United States Resident.
      • Must have a kiwilane.com account, which has placed and completed its first order with a minimum value of $1.00, and which has remained active for a minimum of (30) thirty days after the first order was placed.
      • Must not be a Kiwi Lane Creative Partner.
      • Must not be an employee of the Company, or its subsidiaries, including immediate family and household members.
  • An “eligible” Advocate who is fully compliant with these Terms and Conditions may receive “Referral Reward(s)” for every “Qualified Referral.
  • Eligible Advocates must opt-in to participate in the Kiwi Lane Savings Program by submitting the Saving Program Opt-In For on kiwilane.com.
  • What does an Advocate do?
    • It’s super simple!  Just share what you love about Kiwi Lane products with a friend and invite them to try it for themselves.  Then, receive a reward the first time they place an order.
  • Who is a Referral?
    • A new Creator to Kiwi Lane who was invited by an Advocate, utilizing the Savings Program, to save on their first order.
  • What does a Referral do?
    • They receive a referral invite from a friend which contains a 20% coupon. When they place their very first order, they use the coupon to receive a 20% discount.
  • Can someone receive more than one referral invite?
    • Yes, but only if they have not used a previous referral coupon to place their first order.  If they receive a subsequent referral invite, as long as they are placing their very first order, they can use the referral coupon to get a 20% discount on their first order.
  • Can a Referral become an Advocate and send their friends a referral invite?
    • Yes.  30 days after completing their first order, a referral can become an Advocate and invite others to learn more about Kiwi Lane.  As an Advocate, they will receive 20% in product credit when any Referral they invite places their first order.
  • Can I send a coupon to someone who has already placed an order on the website?
    •  NO.  Referral coupons can only be used by a new Kiwi Lane customer who is placing their very first order.
  • Can someone who has been gifted or purchased Kiwi Lane products elsewhere, but has never placed an order on the Kiwi Lane website, receive a referral coupon?
    • YES. The Savings Program looks for an order on the website and if there isn’t an order, the customer can use the referral coupon.
  • Does my referral coupon expire?
    • The Referral Coupon expires two weeks from the date of issue.
  • If I receive two referral coupons from two different advocates, can I use both of them on my first order?
    • No.  Only one referral coupon can be used on the new customer’s first-time order.  Once a customer has placed their first order, they are no longer eligible to use a referral coupon.
